Our founder, Sue, ensures our support is safe, effective, and caring. She qualified as an SEN in 1981 and an RMN in 1997, developing her skills to provide specialised care for those often overlooked.
Rebecca has overall responsibility for providing direction and support to the rest of the team. Making available the resources for new initiatives, training and development opportunities and identifying new ways of working to provide even better care.
Emma joined Ashton Care more than 20 years ago in 2001. Since then, she has gained a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience. Having worked in all services developing her flexible, person centred, and proactive problem-solving skills Emma later qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN).
A former Care Assistant and Registered Manager within Ashton Care Emily has vast experience of the challenges and opportunities that service users face. This means she is exceptionally well placed to guide on initiatives and support the organisations approach to continuous quality improvement.
Chloe joined our team in 2015 as a Care Assistant and quickly rose to Deputy Manager at one of our sister homes. She is now registered Manager of both Ashton Manor and Ashbury Care Home. Chloe has a real dedication to her role and supporting the needs of service users and staff alike. Chloe is always thinking outside the box and will implement new initiatives within her service and share her success with the other managers for their services.
Rachel has been working at our Domiciliary Care agency since 2011. She has risen through the ranks as Senior Care Assistant, then Deputy Manager and is now the Registered Manager. Rachel has a talent for identifying opportunities to grow and improve our support packages. She has a long record of evidencing the skills and determination to lead her team to ensure that the service users receive the best outcomes and achieve their goals.
Amy is a compassionate, caring and empathetic Deputy Manager who provides consistent support to the Registered Manager. In February 2025 she completed her Registered Nursing Associate qualification. Amy always puts the service users and their desired outcomes at the heart of all she does.
Cassandra is a very organised and methodical person. She has used these skills to support our domiciliary care agency to implement positive changes for both the service users and the staff. She has an enigmatic passion for helping both clients and staff alike, wanting the best for everyone she engages with.
Malik Joined our team in 2023 and has supported Rebecca to streamline our financial procedures and make these more efficient. His skills allow the business to prioritise spending to make sure we reinvest into our care and support packages to provide the best service possible to you or your loved one.
