Our service
Mental Health Care
What is Mental Health Care? Mental health care provides specialist support for people with conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychological challenges. It focuses on recovery, coping strategies, and maintaining wellbeing alongside managing symptoms.
Understanding and Expertise Mental health care runs through everything we do, from our specialist facilities at Ashton Manor to integrated support across all our services. Founded by mental health nurse Sue Newman, we understand that mental health conditions affect the whole person - not just symptoms that need managing. Our trained staff recognise the signs of mental health crises, understand how conditions impact daily life and provide the patience and expertise needed for effective support. We create therapeutic environments that reduce stress, promote recovery, and help residents build coping strategies.
