What is Supported Living? Supported living helps adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, or substance misuse challenges develop independence skills whilst receiving professional support. It's designed to be a stepping stone towards fully independent living.

Building Independence and Confidence Amara House (8 beds) in Littlehampton provides structured supported living for adults with mental health conditions and substance misuse challenges who are working towards greater independence. Our facility offers the perfect balance of professional support and personal freedom, helping residents develop life skills whilst maintaining dignity and choice. We support residents with practical tasks like managing finances, attending appointments, cooking meals and engaging with community services.
